This four-inch bore by one-inch stroke, double acting cylinder has flats milled on both end caps to achieve precise alignment in medical packaging machinery.
Fabco-Air attaches multiple pistons to a common shaft and provides internal air passages through the shaft to all pistons.
Supply air applied to the extend port energizes all pistons simultaneously, thus multiplying the extend thrust enabling tremendous forces to be obtained.
External guide pins can be added to the Square 1 cylinder line to create an effective nonrotating piston rod and load guiding feature. This adaptation is ideal for applications where anti-rotation and registration are critical during piston extension and retraction.
